San Jose Kenpo black belts are required to study Seifukujitsu, the art of Japanese physical medicine. Seifukujitsu is a martial art designed to work with the natural flow of energy and circulation of blood in the body. The healing process begins when blood and oxygen flow through constricted or damaged muscles. An individual is responsible for his or her own well being.
